By Mail
Download the 2011 Membership Registration Form. (Also available on the Forms page under the Parks and Recreation category.) Complete the form, enclose payment, and mail it to Hatfield Township, 1950 School Road, Hatfield, PA 19440.
- Mail registration must be postmarked by 4 p.m. Friday, May 20 to be processed at the Early Bird rate.
- After May 20, please register in person or online.
In-person: Hatfield Township Municipal Building
- Monday through Friday during business hours.
- Deadline is 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 26 to receive the 5% Early Bird Discount.
Photo Nights: Hatfield Aquatic Center
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., May 17, 18, 19, 24. 25, 26.
- Photo IDs prepared only. New registrants please use methods above to purchase your membership prior to photo nights.
Photo IDs
Returning members may use their 2010 ID cards. New members and those needing new cards should plan to attend any of the Aquatic Center photo night dates above to have their photo taken. The Photo ID card must be presented each time you enter the Aquatic Center. During the season, lost or damaged cards will be replaced for a $5 fee.
New Fee for Maintenance Starts in 2011
This season, the Hatfield Aquatic Center (AC) enters its 5th year. Addressing wear and tear is important. All AC users, be they pass holders or members, share maintenance, upkeep and replacement costs. Hatfield Township has established a special Maintenance ACcount, used this winter to repair four 500-gallon tank filters. Necessary work in the near future includes resurfacing of the FUN pool, starting the replacement program for pumps and motors and maintaining site furnishings. The maintenance fee supports an ongoing need for this year onward. The fee amount will be evaluated annually.

Definition of Family
Your family includes all adults and children who you can prove live at your home address year-round.
Proof of Residency
Proof of residency documents can include:
- Adults – photo IDs showing address; bills in an individual’s name showing address
- Children – school photo ID; birth certificate; guardianship papers showing address
- Senior citizens – paperwork from Medicare or Social Security showing address; photo IDs showing address
Calculating Age for Memberships
Age of the individual on June 15, 2011.
Refunds/Changing Memberships
These must be requested in writing to Hatfield Township and postmarked by June 3, 2011. A $35 administrative fee will be charged for refunds or changes. Refunds will be adjusted to account for use made during 2011.
Management Changes to Memberships
If management needs to alter a family membership to comply with Hatfield Aquatic Center’s registration policy, a $35 administrative fee will be charged for altering the number of family members.
Members get more than daily access to the Aquatic Center. We offer several bonuses as a thank you for becoming a member.

Every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. is for members only. Each attending member may bring in one paying guest, but no other visitors are allowed.
Member Earlies
Monday through Friday, June 24 to July 30, the Aquatic Center is open to members from 7 to 8 a.m. for lap swimming. On weekends, the Aquatic Center opens one hour early at 11 a.m. for members only.
Late-day Mondays
Beginning June 13, enjoy an extra two hours at no charge, from noon to 10 p.m. Non-members pay $5 to come in for a night swim between 8 and 10 p.m.
Swim Instruction Discount
Members get $5 to $10 off instructional swim programs.
Early Bird Discount
Get your membership by 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 26, and receive a 5% discount on your fee.
Special Days
Planned on Wednesdays for the enjoyment of our members.
Aqua-Olympix
On Wednesdays, we show our fun side with staff contests, demonstrations, and races.
SaturEVE & SaturMORN Parties
Get your friends together and have your own party on your choice of three SaturEVE or SaturMORN dates. Reservations ($50) must be made in advance, and a $5 per person fee will be charged at the door.
Volunteer to be an Aquatic Angel to earn courtesy guest passes.
