Hatfield Aquatic Center Director, Bonnie Kyle-Blamphin, better known as Coach KB, oversees a staff of about 100. Three managers support Coach KB: the AC Manager/Programer, Personnel Manager, and Operations Manager. Additional staff includes:

• Operations Team
• Public Relations Team
• Head Guard and Senior Guards
• Certified Lifeguards
• Swim Team Coaching Staff
• “A” Team
• Aquatic Angel Brigade
