Hatfield’s Community Earth Day Event
Saturday, April 19 (or at your convenience)

Each year, Hatfield Township coordinates volunteers for environmental work during the month of April, in honor of Earth Day.

Groups or individuals can register with the township by filling out the Service Project Reply Form, available for download or at the Hatfield Township Municipal Building. Forms are due April 10.

What Can You Do?
You can volunteer for a specific project and location, or we can give you a location that needs attention. We’ll provide work gloves and bags, if needed, you provide the labor. Typical projects for this event include:

• Picking up branches
• Collecting litter along land and stream corridors
• Gluing “No Dumping” icons to Storm water inlets (icons are provided)
• Collecting computers and computer accessories, cell phones, or prescription eyeglasses
