Hatfield Township Announces Fall 2012 Leaf and Branch Collection Schedule

Hatfield Township will hold its Fall Leaf and Branch pick up on the following dates township-wide:

•Leaves: Weeks of October 29, November 26,and December 10
Branches: Week of November 5

Leaf Guidelines: Leaves must be in biodegradable bags brown bags (available at the Hatfield Township Municipal Building, 4 bags for $1).  You can also purchase bags at home improvement or grocery stores.  Leaves in bags must be placed curbside by Monday at 6am of each pick up week for pick up by J.P Mascaro.

Remember, the collection is township-wide, no zones are established.  J.P Mascaro and Public Works employees will only be passing each street once. Please have your leaves and branch curbside by 6am Monday of each week 

•Branch “NEW” Guidelines: Branches MUST be bundled with rope and placed curbside by Monday at 6am of the pick up week.  2 bundles per household will be picked up and must be no more than 2 feet in diameter and 6 feet in length. 

Branches can also be dropped off at the Public Works Building on Unionville Pike the 3rd Saturday of each month from 8am to 12pm.
