There are currently 11 active neighborhood watch groups in Hatfield Township and Hatfield Borough. Those groups are located in the following areas:
- Cobblestone area
- Diamond Street
- Leon Drive area
- Quail Run
- Coventry Glenn
- North Line Street
- Valley Woods Road/Woodview Drive
- Lexington Commons
- Castle Heights
- Cambridge Circle/Wellington Way area
- West School Street/North Wayne Avenue
- Orchard Lane area
The neighborhood watch program is under the direction of Chief Mark A. Toomey and Detective Keith M. Bell.
