Intelligencer Article on HTMA

The Intelligencer ran an AP news article on January 4, 2011 regarding waste water from the fracking process for natural gas and its connection with the Hatfield Township Municipal Authority (HTMA). The initial AP story, published in both the North Penn Reporter and Intelligencer did not contain information regarding HTMA’s process and involvement, and a subsequent follow up article by the Intelligencer provided more accurate accounting of the situation.
