Hatfield Aquatic Center Director, Amy Simmonds, oversees a staff of about 100 with the support of four supervisors: the Operations Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, Deck Supervisor and Public Relations Supervisor. Additional staff includes:

• Operations, Customer Service, Deck, Aquatics, Activities and Snack Bar Managers
• Lead Lifeguards
• Welcome Desk, Lifeguard, Aquatic, Activities and Snack Bar Staff
• Sharks Swimming & Diving Coaching Staff
• Aquatic Angel Brigade (volunteer)
